Do you take orders by phone?
Yes, please contact us at (941) 552-9379 to place your order during store business hours.
Monday-Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday-Saturday 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
When will my order ship?
Blend Fashion House typically ships orders within 24 hours of orders placed Monday-Friday excluding Saturday,Sunday and Holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped out on Monday.
Please see checkout cart choices of ground and expedited shipping options to confirm a delivery date of preference.
Do you ship to Canada and/or Internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and International. During cart checkout you will be able to select rates based on location. All Canada and International orders are shipped ground. There is no option to expedite shipping to Canada or International. Please contact us directly for International Shipping questions and estimated cost.
Do you expedite shipping?
If you select 2nd Business Day Shipping or Next Business Day Shipping, your orders must be placed prior to 12:00 PM EST to be shipped out the same day.
What if my product has a manufacturer defect?
If you find a manufacturer defect with your purchase please email BFHcustomerservice@gmail.com include your receipt and pictures of the defect.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Items purchased online can be returned if they are within the 10-day return window and have met all the criteria listed within the Returns + Exchanges Page.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Yes, our gift cards expire six (6) months from date of purchase.
