RETURNS + EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Our ONLINE policy is 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must  be in the original packaging with all original tags. See below for our list of items that are available to be returned or exchanged.
  • You must notify Blend Fashion House in writing regarding your request of a return or exchange. Notifications should be sent to:  BFHcustomerservice@gmail.com
  • To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    • SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

    DAMAGED AFTER WASHING/WEARING

    • If an item is washed, Blend Fashion House will not be held responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return or exchange.
    • If an item has been worn and/or tried on, and becomes damaged, Blend Fashion House will not be held responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return or exchange.

                   

     RETURN SHIPPING

      • Once your item has been approved for a return, we will provide you with an address to ship your return back to.
      • Unless your item is defective by the manufacturer and eligible for an exchange of the same item (approved prior by BFH). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • International customers will be responsible for all shipping charges and any additional duties or taxes.
      • If you are shipping an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

       

              RETURN + EXCHANGE TIMELINE

      • Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. 
      • All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Blend Fashion House.
      • Please allow 4 business days from when we receive your return for approval or denial of a return or exchange request.
      • If a return or exchange is denied for any reason, Blend Fashion House will return the merchandise back to the purchaser at their expense. 


          REFUNDS

      • If you have been approved for a return refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, store credit or original method of payment, within 10 days. 


                   LATE OR MISSING REFUND PAYMENTS

      • After 10 days have passed and you have not received a refund, please contact Blend Fashion House at: BFHcustomerservice@gmail.com 
      • If your refund has been confirmed and processed by Blend Fashion House, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
